All information I collect from you, whether that is personal information or information provided on your behalf by someone else, will not be shared on social media or on this website unless permission has been granted to do so. To protect all information provided by you, or on your behalf, I will not rent, trade, or share your information - including commissioned artworks - without your consent. This is to ensure that all personal data is protected and not shared unless consent is provided. Please read my terms and conditions before commissioning my artwork. Once artwork has been commissioned, you have automatically agreed to my terms and conditions, as well as this privacy policy.
Creating a variety of arts to share with the world has been a dream since I could pick up a pencil. I absolutely love being creative and experimenting with different media, to create eye-catching pieces of artwork. I love drawing animals in particular, except human beings - I'd offend people with the hilarity of portrait sketches!
To create detailed, striking artwork I use the highest quality materials. In case you might be interested, here is a list of some of the products I use to create unique, artistic pieces:

All commissions have a completion timescale of approximately 8 weeks. This is because it takes time to create intricate artwork to the highest possible standard. I also take into consideration personal commitments and my other job.
All my artwork has a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will only be accepted when I am able to start on your commission.

Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in Blossom Tree Fine Arts.
Once artwork has been commissioned, you have automatically agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read through all terms and conditions carefully before commissioning artwork.
* All deposits for artwork are non-refundable.
* The artist reserves the right to hold a copy of every commission to be put forward into their art portfolio, unless consent for this is revoked.
* With consent, commissions will be included in advertisement campaigns for Blossom Tree Fine Arts.
* If you are unhappy with your commission upon collection, artwork remains the property of the artist and the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
* Once commissioned artwork has been purchased and removed from the artist's premises, complete payment is non-refundable - even in the circumstance a piece has been commissioned for someone else as a gift.
* All commissioned artwork will be protected from reproduction, or reselling, by the artist whilst in their possession. Should a piece have been rejected upon collection, the artist maintains full copyright and therefore is able to resell and advertise that artwork however they deem suitable.
* All artwork is copyright protected. Copyright belongs to the artist. All artwork on this website and social media (Blossom Tree Fine Arts) is not to be replicated, resold, reproduced, or published in any way without the artist's written consent.
* The artist holds no responsibility after a piece of artwork has been purchased, and removed from premises, for any damage or harm of any description to the artwork or persons interacting with it.
* Until Blossom Tree Fine Arts has established the means to do so, all artwork - including prints - will be unmounted, as reflected in the price.
